@BBusThird There's no compliment to give when train fares are continually being increased without being accounted for, and with the inappropriate messages being sent by SMRT caught "red-handed" and circulated. People who take SMRT on a regular basis and RELY on it to get to their jobs/education etc have a right to get pissed because we're paying for said "service" not just through fares but through taxes. And while mistakes happen, we have every right to want things to be fixed asap.
